681000 – buying and selling of own real estate:
• Own real estate transactions (buying and selling): landed property, apartment buildings
• Creation of housing estates, without land improvement
683100 – real estate agencies:
• Intermediary between buyers and sellers: provides assistance and advice for finding property and related procedures
• Does not own, buy or sell real estate itself.
683200 – real estate administration:
• Takes care of the administrative side of real estate management for the third party
