This division includes warehousing and support activities for transport, such as the operation of transport infrastructure (for example, airports, harbours, tunnels, bridges). It also includes the activities of transport agencies and cargo handling.

The activities mentioned are carried out on behalf of third parties. If the related services are provided solely to support transport activities by the same unit, they are considered as ancillary activities to transport and this unit is classified elsewhere in section H.
