- non-residential care activities for persons living with or having a diagnosis of a mental illness (e.g. mentalhealth care centres), see division 88
There is a distinction between nursing, which focuses on personal care and physical assistance (sections 86 and 87) and social support, which focuses on emotional, social, and organizational help (section 88)
