This type includes:

  • live stage productions (theatrical presentations, dances and others):
  • activities of performing groups, circuses or companies
  • activities of performing artists (e.g. actors (including stand-up comedians), dancers)

This type also includes:

  • operation of performing arts facilities for own ensemble
  • activities of independent actors appearing in video and audiovisual content of all kinds
  • activities of influencers appearing in vlogs published by a third party
  • activities of photo models

This type excludes:

  • publishing texts and photographs and other contents without video by influencers or bloggers, see 581900
  • production of video and audiovisual content, including vlogs, see 591100
  • activities of personal theatrical or artistic agents or agencies, see 749909
  • casting activities, see 781000
  • activities of bloggers not self-publishing their own created content, see 901100
  • activities of orchestras, choirs and musicians, see 902002

Influencers and bloggers are typically independent and should be classified under 581900 (Other publishing activities) or 591100 (Motion picture, video, and television programme production activities). Although they also appear in the explanatory notes under 902001 and 901100, these codes generally apply when content is published by a third party. Since influencers and bloggers are almost always independent, classify their activities under 581900 or 591100.
