- Be a member of a group
- Carry out one or both of the following tasks::
o Carry out managerial tasks
o Carry out group management support activities
Classification criteria:
- Classification focuses on the types of activities of head offices.
- The main activity must be the operational and strategic management of the other units of the group of enterprises.
- The main indicator is the percentage of group management activities.
